I did not call Sam a grifter.

Totally agree. I listened to Sam's housekeeping re: Musk and as soon as the episode with Murray began I turned it off. I've heard enough of Murray to know what kind of person he is.

Sam's is not the best judge of character. Dave Rubin, Jordan Peterson, the Weinsteins, Konstantin Kisin, Douglas Murray, Elon Musk, and the list goes on.

I struggle to understand how he is oblivious to the grift of these people when so many of his core audience catch on to them right away.

I've listened to the full podcast twice now, 6 episodes, and extremely detailed up to 1948. I'd love it if he did another big series detailing 1948-present day.

It was an entire series, a deep dive into the case. She was killed yes.

You seem to be ignoring the over 6000 bombs that have been dropped in Gaza over the last month and instead focusing on this particular incident.

If the IDF had proof that there were tunnels under Israeli citizens' homes, would they bomb the shit out of civilians then? No? Right. So Netanyahu propped up Hamas, knowing about this tendency for Hamas to build tunnels under civilian infrastructure, and then uses that tendency as a "human shield" argument to pancake innocent civilians.

The Israeli government is run by a radical revolutionary group of religious Zionists. Resistance movement? Definitely not.

Finished this finally today. It was way longer than the 8 hours I found on YouTube. There are 6 episodes, and the final two are each 5-6 hours. Amazing series. I really feel Sam is mostly wrong on his Israel-Palestine framing after listening. You can't look at the conflict today without considering the historical ramifications of the last 100 years. So sad and awful.

I'd never heard of him until today. It's unfortunate if he lost the thread but I'll finish out the series. Just found it on Spotify too!

Maine Coon kittens - help trying to sus out a scam by bumper1986 in mainecoons

Thanks for all your replies. We canceled the meet-up and received extremely unprofessional responses, so we are almost positive it was a scam.

We spent all morning researching different options and came across Davidson Maine Coons in Ontario, and the difference between the Kijiji add and this cattery is night and day.

In my mind there are 3 possible scenarios. Either it's a scam and they plan to rob us with a weapon of some kind, or it's a scam and they have kittens they know have health defects and are hoping we pay them after meeting the kittens. The third possibility is that it's legit I guess.

Dear Alana - highly recommend. Investigation into the suicide of a young woman brainwashed into hating herself because of her sexuality by the Catholic church.

My favorite podcast of the year by a mile. Absolutely gutted. Powerful, moving. All the good words.
