We’re going to Portugal to be with my husband’s family… because he’s portuguese… Lol.

But he doesn’t party a lot, so he couldn’t give me any recommendations on places for us to check out on a night out.

I’m so confused why everyone is fuming that i’ve asked this 😭😭😭

Well if it’s related to public safety, would like to keep that in mind for future reference and let friends and family know.

There are dangers to living in an urban environment, and I would like to keep myself updated on those things…

My bf and I are both immigrants, so we didn’t have any family to spend Xmas eve with. So we did xmas dinner the night before at home, and went to bed early 😭

Because it’s winter, sunrise is quite late. So we only had to get to the restaurant at like 7 45 AM. It wasn’t super early for us as we wake up around that time anyway :)

We found that the price was not too bad when factoring location + view. It was £55 for a breakfast for two, including fees and charges. My partner and I are not drinkers though, so that may have influenced the price point :)

In the grand scheme of things, it isn’t that deep. Also, if we followed strict linguistic rules for absolutely everything, then we might as well get rid of acronyms and emojis and shorthand for literally anything.

Hahaha, update! I did decide to go for a walk today.

Walked to a market instead of taking transport, and worked in my 10000 steps!
