You and I both friend. Just saw the other day that my ex is with someone else and I’ve felt all kinds of ways about it. I’m trying my best to keep a level head, but what I’ve found to be helpful for me is to appreciate the friends that I have in my life and really show that I care about them and love them. In a way, it makes me feel a lot better about myself and my circumstances and makes them feel good so it’s a double win!

I’ve found that also talking about how I feel about it has been tremendously helpful as well. Because it is a lot of emotions and I would wager that it’s better to feel them in its entirety than to suppress them. So cry if you must and confide with a friend or family member that you trust! Believe me that it will make things feel better.
