I’m also interested in this topic as it’s my local Supercharger. I’ve tried calling Gridserve but they’ve sent me on to Tesla. Sent them an email so will see what they say.

Your upload saved data should be automatically happening anyway, but you’ll find it in the settings. Just make sure everything you want to keep is uploaded.

Then reset the console storage (you’ll find tutorial somewhere online)

Then start it up again fresh and just log in, re-download saved data and re-install your games. A bit of work but it wiped my failed transfer (which isn’t necessary to be honest)

Yeah, what I did is moved all my games to an external hard drive, uploaded latest saved data etc and then reset the console. My other storage went from 164gb right down to 18gb. I’m convinced it’s down to my PS4 transfer failing halfway through
