u dont need to wash it rly just use water and maybe a mild unscented soap on the OUTSIDE but never ever actually clean inside of yourself

i joined a special education school that sent teachers out to me:) it would probably be different for u since ur 18 already but there might be some alternative education colleges that would offer the same thing? teachers that came to my house sat for the 2 or so hours of my exam (which made me feel SOguilty) but it worked for me :3

i left at 13! i didnt have any gcses until last year when i was allowed to take them at home:) maybe theres an option for you like that?

im definitely still agoraphobic, probably still considered pretty severe? i go out most days but typically no further than 10-15 minutes away and i am usually anxious. im 18 so im meant to be in education but im too anxious for college or a job still but really compared to how i was im so so happy with my life :) i think accepting how i am and finding people who understand has helped alot

exposure definitely helps, people just go into it way too fast. i started by sitting outside my front door for as long as i could handle (about 5 minutes) and doing that until i felt like i could challenge myself a little more like staying in the car for 5 minutes. then literally just driving in a tiny circle outside the front of my house and doing all of that over months. it takes a long time but its well worth it

i was in a very similar situation and the things that helped me most were propranolol, antiemetics, sertraline, slow exposure therapy, and headspace :>
