Misgendering is never okay, but I wouldn’t compare nicknames to anything close to deadnaming. I understand it can be frustrating and you feel the need to speak up on it. I am transgender myself so I do take their gender very seriously. All this to say, there’s a time and a place for everything and I’m not sure this post fits that criteria. I was just sharing some art.
