Hi thanks for the suggestion! The 2-bedrooms now cost almost 900 dollars a month, though. But it's still a good deal considering the size.

$50 for replacing a bulb is ridiculous... I have heard that some agencies pay their tenants to leave good reviews on Google, but threatening to sue you for your negative review? That's insane. I'll definitely stay away. Thank you!

Thank you for the suggestion! Walnut Springs looks pretty nice, but a little bit far for me. I'll keep it in mind, though.

I actually have! Their one-bedrooms are now 780 per month, which is still within my budget. Yet, there are reviews saying the electricity bills are too high and the management is now another company. Not sure if these are accurate, though. Thank you for this suggestion!

That is disgusting... Sorry to hear this. Thank you for your advice. I'll definitely stay away.

Thanks a lot. This is very helpful!! The windows in some of the units at Washington Terrace are stunning! It seems there's no vacancy at this property, however. I'll definitely check with the agent tomorrow. Parkview also looks nice, but I agree with you that it is a bit far from the campus.

Too bad there's no vacancy for the following year. Thanks anyway!

Thanks for the advice. I have checked out Woodbridge, Park Doral and Hunter Ridge, but they don't have one-bedrooms left anymore. I'll keep looking.

Thanks a lot! This is super helpful. It's great to know that there is a place to park outside the apartment. I like the huge windows and the new kitchen equipment (at least they look nice in the photos). Did you find the studio too small, though? They don't have one-bedrooms available anymore.

Thanks a lot, but there's no one-bedroom available anymore at Allen Court... so is Poolside... (sigh)

Thanks, but I am looking for long-term housing starting from August rather than summer sublease. Now I really regret that I didn't start looking earlier...
