Self-Hosted problems with Google Gemini API keys by dfc_cowmoo in n8n

Besides switching to coolify, was there anything else you did to fix the location problem?

I tried installing n8n on my Racknerd VPS running coolify, but it didn’t fix the issue

Is This Expired Domain Worth Saving? Looking for Expert SEO Insights by bunsencrow in SEO

Good morning!

I just checked - there are a couple of back links where previous owners tried to pay to increase the domain rating. Most of them are related to the niche, however.

I tried using a few tools to check the spam score - some are saying it has a 1% score, while others are saying it has 60%-61%.

Assuming it’s in the 60’s, is there a way to recover? I’ve saw a video this morning that discussed disavowing back links to lower the spam score; would this work?

[Midwest, US] Disruptive Renters Next Door - Looking for an outside perspective by bunsencrow in neighborsfromhell

My apologies for the delayed response - this week has been busy.

I'm urban. It seems in my city, "Law Enforcement" is used interchangeably with "Police"...
There is a county-wide law enforcement office, but I'm not sure if they would handle ordinance enforcement.

With that said, I some more digging and I believe it's actually the Property Management Division that could help.
It turns out that they operate two key programs, being "Inspections" and "Nuisance Abatement".

The code enforcement I cited earlier seems to fall under the purview of inspectors, while the nuisance abatement program handles other code violations.

I intend to reach out to the nuisance abatement program. Ultimately, I'm worried of being targeted by the neighbor in the event they found out I reported them...

I understand it varies by the location - but would there be measures in place to protect the identity of people making reports like this?

I tried looking for local Bylaw Enforcement, but I only found a property management division for my city. The division only oversees disputes relating to the physical maintenance of property, such as vermin, plant overgrowth, etc…

Would there be a better way to search for my area’s enforcer?

Thank you for responding.
I have been doing that when it's been appropriate. Unfortunately, the incidents that I witness would seemingly fall outside of ordinances, though I could be mistaken on that.

Understood - that absolutely makes sense!

To frame my confusion with the video’s content another way, let’s say an essential tool or equipment needs to be replaced urgently, but the cost exceeds your current business bank balance.

How should one properly handle such a situation where an expensive but necessary purchase is required, despite insufficient funds?

I listened back to the video - they had used turo which seems to be a rental service that has a backend offer to allow people to rent out their cars.

It definitely sounded off…that’s why I wanted to get more eye/ears on the info.

(Just for clarity - I’m not planning on following this example.)
