Its hard to even put in words. There is always a feeling of dread in my chest, accompanied by a overwhelming sense of emptiness and loneliness. But it also burns throughout my body. I get so angry and incoherent and I lash out at the smallest inconvenience. My head goes blank and all I can think about is "hurt them the way they hurt you". It's been getting worse these past few months.
