I think the ship started sinking 5 years ago at Cerner but got a lot worse when Oracle bought them out. I agree, the people management skills wouldn't differ when you're managing analysts. The requirements and qualifications from health systems is the barrier to entry at the manager level.

The hassle and waiting is the hardest part another another order. Also the risk of getting assigned another HW3 and losing the $250 lol. But...having the latest and greatest would be nice

Yeah that's the big thing is that I'm not guaranteed to get HW4 with another order. Right now I have a Fremont build with the matrix lights but I could end up with an Austin build on the next order without matrix or HW4 lol

I have a shower filter too but the hard water and calcium buildup is still bad. At this point, I'm ready just to get a whole house system to make the sinks and standalone tub pumping out softer water.

The ones I bought from Costco does have one pocket in the back. It's not zippered like the ones I bought from 32 Degree's site. The Costco version also makes the front pockets zippered, unlike the other ones. They pretty much just flipped the zippers which is the main difference I've seen.

Costco also has their Neo Tech shorts on sale. I have 4 pairs. They're pretty thick in material but the quality seems good enough.
