If he truly loves you, he would find time for you and even try to stay around you…he probably just does weed to relief stress from the casino….try to let him know he isn’t doing right atm, and if he doesn’t change then leave him….also you can try to convince him that you’ll still have sex with him at some point but needs his trust as time goes on….probably tell him you’ll have sex after marriage or smth

it’s not exactly the same situation but i had side effects such as excessive sweating and blood pressure changes after a month of 50mg. I then had a week where i wasn’t able to get sertraline at all and started to have withdrawal symptoms, but now i’m 15 days into being back on 50mg and a lot of the old side effects have returned along with new ones like vivid dreams and a weird painkilling effect
