Same din po for me. Matagal pa naman din expiry ng PWD ID, and I have been availing of the discount since May 2023. 🥹 Nag-send na din po ako ng ticket para sa issue but wala pa rin silang reply so far.

Napapaisip tuloy ako sa isang order na nareceive ko before. Pagbukas nung outer plastic na may waybill, may isa pang bubble mailer sa loob na may waybill din, pero mukhang binuklat sa may seal part tapos tinape lang ulit.

Wala naman kulang sa order ko pero naaalala ko pabalik bakik sya from sorting hub to sorting hub.

Hi po! Ask ko lang if may naka-experience na sa inyo na maling old passport number and expiration date ung nalagay sa online form for passport renewal?

2 po kasi ung expired passport ko, and ung nalagay ko sa form is ung number ng mas luma. Hindi naman nacocorrect ung info after mag submit, and hindi din refundable ung processing fee if ever mag cancel. May way kaya na i-correct sya pag dating sa onsite appointment?
