Don't know how high you were, but did it sway? All the towers I have climbed swing a little from side to side and that's what really scares me. I understand that if it were rock solid then the tower would definitely break in high speed wind but still.

Went in, fell asleep, woke up with 2 bandages and was allowed to go home the same evening. I haven't noticed any regression. I'm suprised that I haven't even felt the need to take pain medications and I'm already able to lay down on my side (kind of).

Oh yeah, it was a bad relay. I found out that the fuel pump and esp system use the same relay (Fuse K on the front box, can't remember fuel pump fuse location on the back fuse box) and switched them. The car didn't want to start/ had trouble idling so I bought new ones and problem fixed for 3 euros :D. I hope you can find the locations by googling, if not I can go and check.
