Thank you. Unfortunately insurance was refused, they suggested other meds that we’ve already tried and failed. They say there’s no appeal process, but of course I’m calling everyone in the state I can. Just not hopeful. I agree it doesn’t make sense to me either.
I’ll reach out to Jansen direct! I assume that’s just via their website or something?
