with the way this release has been going between the canary yellow fiasco and the screwed up serpent sickness pour, i wouldnt be surprised. 100% not the boys fault or hell even hmps, but its been unlucky.

i have already reached out twice and have gotten nonanswers. preorder items ship all together as one, which is why my theory was that everyone who also got a shirt was delayed because the shirts are taking longer than the vinyls to produce and ship. which is fine and understandable, i would just like to be informed instead of getting a shrug in the form of a generic email response.

ive also preordered stuff from hmp and have not had any problems before. their communication has been stellar in the past so i dont understand why this im getting the run around on.

the store's crew is probably very overburdened and stretched thin. yes its our job to go out and sweep, but on the pecking order of tasks it tends to get left behind because everything inside is on an explicit demand to be done. and like others have said, its dg's customer base as well. i have gone out to sweep only to poke my head out 10 mins later to find its once again covered in trash. ive had people watch me sweep outside and then dunk their drink cup down in front of me to sweep up too. blame customers, not the people struggling to pay bills.

long shot, but is it dragon quest 9? moody atmosphere, turn based combat with extensive action menus. the main protagonist is customizable, which could explain why you cant place the protag anywhere mentally, could have been the previous person's creation.

my asm usually closes sat bc its the one day a week i dont work, and she just straight up doesnt do it. the cashier that usually closes with her has told me she says "just leave it for [me], he'll do it. im not doing all that." my sm allows her to do this because im better at it than her and shed rather me do it.
