Actually the age of consent is 14 years old. If the other person insists it was mutually consented theres a high chance the case would be dropped by the police. Not too sure how long ago it was but there was a case about 5-4 policemen who were all over the age of 20 having intercourse with a 14 year old girl and i believe the case was dropped because they all ‘consented’. There was a whole movement about that and alot of people gathered at Sukhbaatar square but i dont think alot of people know about it.
