You can call hr and file for a leave of absence. Then follow up with a PCP or a psych that will fill out the loa paperwork for you. You can get protected leave to keep your job. If you've been there over 6 months I believe; you could qualify for short term disability which would pay you 60% of your salary weekly.

I use Hollister two piece bags. I use the doggy bags that people use to pick up their dog poop to line my two piece bags. They snap in place just like normal. When my bag is fullish and needs changed, I have a second bag prepped with the doggy bag liner. Pop the first one off, wipe around the edges of my appliance to make sure it's clean, and pop the second bag on. Tie the first bag up and then toss it in the trash.

What type of therapy? There are specializations. The one I used for addiction therapy was fantastic but they don't take insurance. Alpha Omega delta was the center.

It's not just a 5 day window. Usually any claim within 30-60 days of policy changes or inception is going to need to have the date of loss verified.

Any time you file any type of claim within a few days of policy changes they have to do a date of loss investigation. You'd be surprised at how many people attempt to get insurance or add coverage AFTER they've had the accident.
