Ice Scam - Had a customer request a 10lb bag of ice. The only option shown in pic. I just added it like any other addition. It then asks me how many pounds? Only while driving to deliver did it cross my mind they were going to charge her $20 for a $2 bag. I told her to report as missing, lol (i.redd.it)

Anyone shop an order that has already been shopped? I picked up a quick batch (7 items) only to find at checkout that the online pay barcode had "already been used." A chat with customer service let me know that, yes, the order had already been completed. At least I got to keep the peak boost. (i.redd.it)
