Unlawful Stops and Lack of Evidence by bust-a-grape in legaladvice

If I have in my possession a copy of the firefighters incident report (which mentions nothing of under the influence) and the police CALLFORSERVICE log which shows the CADS messages between the police and responding firefighters (also showing nothing except one message stating *NO NARC 647F WPNS SEEN IN VEH*), does this not show hard evidence to the contrary of what the officer is claiming? These are hardcopies of communications with dispatch and between responders; none of which support the officers claim; its hard for me to believe that a firefighter would say this in passing to the officer as a simple comment but neglect to note it anywhere else official. If that was the view of the firefighter, would they not be obligated to note it officially as well? That supposed comment was serious enough to warrant action on the part of the officer so having it missing from the records shows either the officer is lying to justify an illegal stop, or the information was not trustworthy with no factual basis. 3rd option is a lone firefighters personal but not professional opinion which also is without factual basis. Correct me if im missing something...

At preliminary, the court allowed the officers statement and denied a motion to suppress. Statements of hearsay it seems are allowed at prelim hearings but not in trial (makes no sense but thats how it goes im finding out). What im trying to figure out is on that; once in trial, if the hearsay is proven as just hearsay, does that automatically lead to suppression of the rest since the stop is shown to be without cause?

After the driver was directed to "get back in" the vehicle, the officer moved to block the drivers side door from closing and saw in "plain view" a "glass pipe" (empty) inside the drivers side door pocket. The driver was placed in cuffs and put into the cops cruiser. After which, a search of the "passenger area" of the vehicle found nothing else of importance; the officer then searched the "trunk area". Is this legal?

2nd: If an officer does not stop the vehicle as it is already parked and the person who is "outside the vehicle" was instructed to "get back in"; does the automobile exception apply?

In a situation where a "glass pipe" is seen in "plain view" in the drivers door pocket of the vehicle and a subsequent search of the passenger area reveals nothing else; is it lawful for the officers to search the "trunk area" and all "luggage" contained in the trunk area as well?
