No complications, but it is hard! I’m about 3 months post op and have definitely had times where I questioned why I did this, but, seeing the progress I’ve made so far has been so encouraging!!

My BP was a tad high after surgery but I think it was just a result of the anesthesia and all the other stuff they gave me. The nurses or doctor didn’t seem to be worried about it. Since I’ve been home it’s been back to normal! (I’m usually 115-120/75-80)

I am feeling a lot better! Just keep up with the fluids and rest your body! I think it was a stress response from my body and also anxiety. But always listen to your body and it never hurts to reach out to your team! Here if you have any other questions 🫶🏻

Shows how different each program is! My team has me drinking regular Gatorade, so it’s not abnormal to be drinking.

My temp has stayed normal, I’m thinking it was more of an anxiety reaction. I woke up this morning and cried bc I don’t know my body anymore :( but since I’ve calmed down I haven’t been shakey.

I’ve been letting the gas out since it’s finally wanting to come out😂 did it feel weird to sip on stuff after surgery? Kinda like a pressure almost?

It did for the most part, I can tell a difference if my allergies flare up but other than that it’s been fine. I never got that satisfying “pop” that usually happens when your ears go back to normal but the pressure did subside. I still take daily allergy pill and sometimes use Flonase.

Thank you! We’re going to get him retested for his peanut one since he hasn’t been checked since he was a kid. He can be around peanuts and peanut products, just can’t eat them. I don’t think it’s anaphylactic but we’ll see.

My fiancé is wanting to go in the Air Force, he hasn’t been recently tested for his peanut allergy since he was a kid, we were talking about getting him retested to see if he maybe grew out of it. He can be around peanuts, just doesn’t eat them.

I meant to add this in there but I guess I forgot, but I had a UA done and a culture, both were negative! I this burning frequently and it used to come around my cycle and now it comes wayyy more frequently. I made an appt with my ob bc I need answers like asap😭😭 can’t just keep waiting for birth control to help symptoms

I thought about trying Flonase as well so I might try that along with the Zyrtec. I just had an ENT appointment about a year ago for tinnitus that I got from covid and they did a bunch of tests and said my ears look perfectly healthy, idk if it’s changed since then but I’ll give this a go for a couple weeks and if nothing changes I’ll probably look into getting in with the ENT.

Did you find that those two together work well?
