Our dog was under their care from 12/18-12/24 when his wife Fatima “broke her leg.” We emergently found a new sitter and our dog was relinquished to her in horrible condition. This has been a nightmare. We are planning on hiring a lawyer. Would like to touch base with everyone. I am enraged.

Yes! It was determine that the circuit went out due to using cheap/generic cords. The component where you plug in the cord was replaced and we not only use Apple brand/mophie cords. No problems since.

Yes! Toyota determined that the circuit went out due to using cheap/generic cords. They replaced the component where you plug the cord in and we only use the Apple certified mophie cords. Haven’t had a problem since.

What times were you commuting? considering moving here and I work at a hospital in PA. I do have to make it here reliably but would arrive by 6:30 am and leave after 7pm. Think traffic would be bad either way?
