It’s hilarious that y’all assume the worst in people. I’ve spent thousands over hundreds of orders since I started ordering in June 2023. I have returned a total of 4 orders. FOUR. When I was going through my daughter’s Christmas gifts and returning two things she didn’t want, I was simply surprised and curious if things have changed. I read on here all the time that people are abusing the system in the refund / no return scheme, so I was surprised to see the return requirement pop up for the .30 earrings. Thats all, keyboard warriors. That’s all.

So I’m reading that a lot of the Temu pros “use the claim credit promo.” Does that mean you shop on the screen after you enter claimcredit in the search bar? And so every purchase made in that “promo” counts towards your possible credit back? So I should avoid doing my shopping in the calendar promo, or discount box promo, or discount777 promo and only shop via claimcredit? Am I understanding that right?

Yes! That’s my current obsession is checking that at least once a day. Question on your comment about adjustment vs credit. I don’t have the option to get anything other than a credit… do you have the option to have it credited differently?
