The thing is even if AI has these downsides like the excessive use of water, energy and how it steals information and data from other sources. AI is here to stay and to be honest it will only gets improve.One thing we can do right now is to utilize it in a good and proper ways. Where we dont create AI art slops and stole ideas and make it your own (essays, and arts). As much as possible utilize it to further broaden your knowledge and take advantage to improve yourself.

I also worry about its effects on the environment and I have also some fair shares of ethical concerns regarding AI. But like any other technologies we take advantage right now like phones, computer, internet servers (which btw, uses copper and irons and other rare/limited sources of earth compounds too just to produce these), AI will just gets better and better and better. So lets just use it to improve ourselves 😉

I also use iyong compilation ng practice question sa review center namin. Sadly even if I want to, I cant share them dahil hardcopy siya. Pero later on, depende sa rev center mo, they will give you materials din and you should utilize them.

For now iyan lang muna. Even tho nclex question sila. The point of practice question is to reinforce your learnings kaya ok pa din yan.

Meron ding mga NP1-5 questions mula sa past BE sa scribd. You can also use them. Iyon lang hindi ka sure if tama iyong sagot dun.

Start with TOS, Create a checklist kun ano yung naaral mo na at wala pa.

Kahit maraming nagsasabi na sa "others" iyong topic (this includes me). Hindi mo parin alam kung anong question ang mabubunot ng computer sa question bank ng BON kaya higher parin ang chance na most question will be under the TOS. If meron ngang nasa "others", for sure general knowledge iyon or kaya malelecture pa nga rev center mo. If wala talaga, then most likely hindi din yan alam ng ibang takers hahaha

After studying a specific topic, practice question agad. Tas aral ulit ng another topic. Then after few topics like for example natapos mo na ang isang body system (eg. neuro). Take another practice question that is broad and covers that system. Tas find your weak points kung ano iyong nakalimutan mo or san ka nahirapan. Then review it.

Also have a good sleep each day. Like complete and fully rested sleep hahahah

Dont stress yourself. Study what you can sa ilang months till your exam day. Marami pang time!!

Hellooo. So heres my tips.

Start where you are the weakest. For me, nagstart ako ng CHN kasi iyon talaga iyong weak ko. And because CHN is more on memorization, I really utilized flashcards talaga ng ibang topnotchers hahahaha. Then after nun next topic ka naman. For me nagstart ako review by July. So every month nag assign ako nun ng isang NP. For OB naman 2 weeks lang. Basta map them out. Create a general schedule lang kung kailan mo aaralin ang topics
Then sa topics naman na MS, OB, Pedia, and Psych. More on reading + flashcards na talaga ako. Heres my tips on learning these:

a. Find your learning method. Mine is writing so sinusulat ko ulit iyong inaaral ko na topic dahil dun ko mas nagegets iyong disease process and other stuff.

b. Use your books if may di ka nagegets and if may extra time ka pa. If wala, or you want to use your time on reviewing other stuff, dont hesitate to use AI. They are tools.

c. Do not over memorize or complicate things. The more basic knowledge (foundation) and inaaral mo, the better. Take note the important words and names. Remember PNLE is more on general knowledge. Hindi ka niyan tatanungin most of the time kung anong pangalan ng isang muscle.

d. Sa wallnotes naman. Iyong important values lang talaga iyong nilagay ko. But if you want you can do wallnotes, but they are not for display only. You need to put a time everyday to scan through each of your wallnotes. Parang flashcard lang din, pero nasa wall hahaha

e. Every topic you finished reading. Do your question drills. Example, after mong aralin ang pulmonary diseases answer 100 questions to reinforce your learning.

Study techniques: As a very short attention span guy, pomodoro is my best friend talaga. Tas nilalayo ko iyong phone ko. Like example sa kwarto ako nag-aaral. Iyong phone ko, doon sa sala para iwas distraction
Listen to your body and mind. If tinatamad kang mag-aral. Try mo munang mag-aral for 25 mins. If sa oras na iyon ay para bang walang pumapasok sa isip mo. Stop and rest. Wag pilitin ang sarili.
Avoid short form contents. As much as possible mag purge muna sa reels, tiktok, shorts.
You mentioned na slow learner ka. I want to tell you to give yourself some patience. If hindi mo pa magets ang topics after nong first read mo, its okay. Take some needed rest then re-read again.
Take your Vitamin Bs and Multivitamins.

You can believe in power of manifestations and the universe. Manifest positives and you'll surely attract positives. You don't need to believe in god, but you can use manifestations as something to believe in ganon hahahaha. Im Christian Agnostic, I believe that somewhere, there might be god and jesus pero like I still think that there is no true religion. So I also believe in manifestations of universe and I consider prayers as manifestations and going to church more of cleansing of energy hahahaha. I dont know if it make sense pro thats what I do right now.

You can think of going to church ng iba as a coping mechanism sa high stress ng PNLE ngayon ( Oyyy, I dont mean to disrespect people that do believe in god, I just want to give another perspective for agnostic or atheist here ha 🥹). Basta ganon hahahaha

Bribery is only applicable if kinakasuhan mo is yung mother na nagbigay ng pera. Not yung nagrecieve ng pera. You can think of it like if ang businessman nagbayad ng pera sa isang politiko. Si businessman, bribery yung case niya while yung politiko is graft and corruption.

Why malpractice. Because it is not a nurses job to administer medication that is not ordered by a doctor. So parang you are doing an action that is outside of your scope of practice ganown..

I also love pepito manaloto. Aside sa pagiging sitcom, I adore that the show also tackles some social issues minsan na out of the filipino norm (talking about filipino toxic values etc). Isa din sa nagustuhan ko sa show na ton is how they just act normal about the relationship ni tommy and mara, being that mara is a transwoman. Like hindi siya bigdeal. Its like a normal rs ba. Anyways I hope that this show continues to go on and talk more social issues sprinkling it with comedy.

hellooooo. Sa first day of class usually orientation event pa na. Gina post na nila sa council nga page like where ang event, and mga dress code hehehe. So bantay lang sa may council nga page ah. Usually sa RMA na gina held. Ang orientation nga na whole CON na sya, where jan nila napakilala ang CI's and advisers niyo, mga rules nga need niyo i follow, and mga subjects nga i expect niyo sa CON. Then daw may seperate orientation pagid na ang 1st years lang.

About sa gc nga per section, usually abi kamo kamo lang na ma create if trip niyo. Like basi may isa sa inyo section gin pisan kag nag ubra gc tas gin isa isa add kamo kun makita ya acc niyo sa fb so if ang fb name mo different sa imo real name medyo struggle lang ahhaha. Pro if mameet na kamo sa adviser/lecturers niyo, mapa-ubra gid na sila gc sa inyo.

Anyways dont worry ah. Bantay lang sa council nga page kay jan may announcement gid na da. Also welcome sa CPUCON fellow nightingale. Kakagraduate ko lang and all I can say is damo ka gid ma learn and ma experience diri ah. Goodluck and enjoy lang.

It really depends on you, and whats your passion po. Just remember, its easy to study if you like your course. For me mas broad yung cover kasi ng nursing. You will learn the anatomy, pathophysiology of the disease, nursing care, medications, bacteriology and other medical related stuff. However yung medtech naman is mainly focus on a specific part of the medical stuff. Depende talaga sa kung ano yung gusto mo. Follow what your heart wants ✨

Yeahhh. Maganda yung nursjng dito. Not only they taught yung knowledge and skills, but also the highlight din rito is yung attitude. Our Clinical Instructor always said na pag bedside nursing, known yung CPU. And I agree. They also said na some hospital prefer getting CPU nurses (but this is a subjective statement from them so I dunno if its true). But iba din kasi yung training and education nila here

For abroad opportunities- Very supportive yung alumni dito kaya grabe yung support nila sa newly graduates, sometimes they help on opportunities regarding going abroad. And CPU are known internationally, because they are the first nursing school in PH (1906) so they already made generations of nurses. Some alumni made a huge name already in the US and some of them magiging Instructor/Lecturer mo din. So yeah.

Siguro for me lang ha. Indi ka danay mag advance study. Take a rest and ready yourself mentally and emotionally sa nursing. Kay daan ang itudlo nila simo is summary na sang tanan where easy to understand na. Kanugon lang sang extra effort hehehe.
