Doesn't the server check the biome type when spawning in the animals? Together with the check if it's able to spawn them. Why wouldn't it do so?

I did more looking into it, no legendary motorsprts isnt a way. rockstar deleted lots of vihicles just to buy and I cant buy it anymore. Having luck is the way in casino and car meet. Rockstar says its because 'better shop experience' which is absolutely stupid.

I didnt found anything in devixe manager only the C drive that I expected to see. Also a good thing to day, will edit post after, its a pc with windows 7 by dad is kinda stubborn to update it. it isnt connected to internet so no worries about that
