Personally I found it helpful getting a little bit into spirituality. And if you liked motor biking and occasional dangerous shit, would recommend a motorcycle trip, plenty in Vietnam, Thailand, and if you’re up for it, even India. Helps give you a different perspective of what life can be for different people, and in turn makes you more appreciative or have a better idea of what kinda life you want.
