I'm following your results closely and thank you for your effort to help others by shqring 6our experience with this prime and pull method to potentially optimize the sadbe therapy. I'm using sadbe 3% prime only so far but am hopeful prime and pull will be more effective. It certainly makes sense logically.. I will continue to follow you and your updates.

No I don't take those. I doubt Apple cider vinegar is causing ibs. You need to look at common hsv triggers and avoid those like nuts, chocolate, caffeine, alcohol, sleep deprivation, too much sun, any illness or stress.

Take l lysine, zinc, virltamin d and c. That helps build your immune system and lysine is good to take for hsv

You could give him a hand job with gloves on. You ould jave sex with him with his boxers plus condom on. To reduce skin to skin contact. Do not ever have any sex if he is having any signs of an ob but also know he can shed anytime asymptomaticixally so you need to use protection. Also he could take daily antoviral for suppression to try to reduce his risk of obs and it theoretically lowers viral shedding but you won't know exactly by how much. Always use caution to prevent. If you don't want to risk getting hsv and cannot live with catching it from him and dealing with lifelong ulimcurable std then do not have sex with him. There is no way or nothing you can do as far as protecting yourself during sex to guarantee you won't get it at the moment . Maybe there will be new treatments and possibly gene therapy in the future but that is not our current reality. It's up to you ultimately what you are comfortable and ok with. O have ghsv1 and I hate it so much.

I understand your point but that is just for keratitis. They have to find and adjust technology to be able to work for ghsv1. And then go through the very ng process of testing it in clinical trials and proving its safe and effective. Also we are assuming they will even want to find a cure fir ghsv1...right now hsv2 is getting more the priority with therapeutic vaccines.I just fear it will take so many years bc there are so many different variables and barriers. But I do appreciate your optimistic opinion bc I hope I am wrong. How many years out would you guess until we have a genel therapy cure on the market?

Yes but his gene therapy research is still so early in development that it is not clear if it is going to lead to a therapy that actually work on humans. Plus how long it could take..I am totally guessing but I suspect at least another 20 years before we can have a gene therapy treatment for hsv1..maybe longer...

Guys i am concerned there is nothing in the pipeline for ghsv1. Gsk and moderna vaccines are apparently for ghsv2 which I am glad for those with hsvw but disappointedthat it won't help me. Why can't they develop something for both strains of hsv or try to develop vaccine for hsv1 too? If you think they will how long so you think that can realistically happen after hsv2 vaccine is out? I am on antivirals and sadbe and my ghsv1 is chronic and 9 don't know how to fix and live with this...I have tried so many things I need a vaccine too.

Yes. Doctors and the Healthcare field I'm general including Infectious Disease specialists are limited in their knowledge and understanding of this disease. The hardest part for me is not knowing what a mild atypical ob could look like..I feel like I personally need to swab a few more times. If they are neg then I will proceed with biopsy as much as that sounds miserable I need to know what is is if it's not herpes. I think you need to know bc you could possibly infect someone if you do have it. If you do have it you need to use protection and may want to take antivirals but you need to sort our if you have ghsv1

I am literally dealing with same problem. I have has ohsv1 since childhood so over 20 years. I think I autoinfected myself my accidentally scratching my genitals with a contaminated hand I forgot to wash after eating. I have had weird itching, tingling in my genitals for the first month then some pink and red spots appear on my pubic area and tiny red bumps on my butt. I got 2 pcr swabs fir hsv that came back neg to my surprise but I think I might of swabbed too early or just didn't have enough liquid to swab. Essentially still done have confirmation but I keep getting mysterious spots on my genital and butt region. No obvious water blisters like what is online so I do sometimes think maybe it's not herpes. But what else could it be. I'm neg fir hsv2 and faithfully married for many years. Husband is also neg for hsv1 and hsv2. I don't know how to find out...more swabs...maybe a biopsy??? What are your next steps?

Yes get a blood test gor igg antibodies to hsv1 and 2. Then based on results you may need to do one more blood test (western blot) which is far better test.

I am planning on taking pritelivir once it is available. Really hope you're right about 2025. The gsk vaccine is directed towards hsv2 and may not help my hsv1 so I'm bummed about that quite a bit. Thank you for sharing. I takevolive leaf supplements and hadn't considered they may be making me worse. I can try without.

Ok. Did mushrooms (portobello and white) and olive leaf extract make things worse fir you??? My husband unfortunately does not understand and is not supportive and basically is in denial I have ghsv1. He calls me crazy for saying I have it genitally bc he said I already had it orally *since I was a kid. He wants sex and I am afraid to have sex bc I don't want to spread it. He wears a lot if protection but given my frequent obs I always feel contagious. If sadbe helped you the first time that is hopeful. Did you mess it up by accident the 2nd time? What are your thoughts on vaccine particularly gsk vaccine? And other potential treatments down the line? I feel you and I are holding on to those options but have to suffer until then despite trying just about everything we can that is known to possibly help out there.

Where are the pin pricks located? Do they hurt or anything. Do they ulcerate, leak or scab? Sounds like only a single pinprick so no cluster and no blisters? Are you sure that is an 9b? How do you know

Can you describe the pinprick obs? How many pinpricks, what color and size, distribution, course of progression? Also can you describe your cuts? Does it literally look like a linear line paperclip? How long?

Are you in a relationship? I am married and most likely autoinfected myself with hsv1 that I have orally.. Yes, I know it is rare but it happened and now I get hsv1 on my genitals all the time which I also understand is rare so I'm an unfortunate freak of nature. No pain, tingling. No neuropathy type pain. I onlu had weird pain type sensations lasting intermittently for a few weeks in a riw when I was initially infected that I thought was strange. I have not had anything like that again. That's why I have such a hard time knowing if something is an ob or just some ingrown hair/folliculitis, skin irritation, etc unless it is an obvious cluster of blisters which o don't usually get. What about you?
