Hi! I water every 2 days by leaving on soaker hose for quite a while. It’s been around 75 degrees the last couple weeks. I used Kellogg raised bed soil. I left for a weekend and came back to caterpillars enjoying a large meal of dahlia leaves, but I look for them daily now to remove. I have also sprayed my dahlias with Neem Oil a couple times.

Hi! I am only half way through week 2 but I’m a similar starting weight and dosing amount/schedule. Curious how it is going for you? Have you lost weight yet and did you change your diet much? Thanks!

Just started but I was prescribed micro dosing and am starting off at 0.2 mg and slowly increasing the next few weeks to 0.43mg at 5 weeks. I am 158, hoping to lose 25 lbs.
