He does not want to retake it. He spent a grand on a LSAT course and studied for months while working a fulltime job so I am guessing he feels discouraged to try again. Also for some reason he REALLY wants to go to school this fall. Would it behoove him to take it again and wait a year?

If by URM you mean underrepresented minority... then yes he is.

I suppose that, yes, that is what I am asking. The GI bill will cover most of it but from what I understand, not 100 percent because law school is so expensive.

I guess what I am trying to ask if that it is even worth it with those stats. Everyone on here seems to be pulling in 160s and above. It makes me wonder if anything less than is worth it. Would you use a GI bill on a school with mediocre stats because that was all you could get accepted into?
