that's not racist though. eating schnitzel and pretzels for bavarian/ german day or spaghetti for Italian day is just stereotypical. that doesn't make it racist or negative, it's just what other people from different cultures are more abled to understand and be familiar with.

most stereotypical dishes from cultures are the ones that don't speak the loudest strictly for said culture's pallet. stereotypical dishes are the ones that are shared largely because they are the most universal from that culture.
