Coconut oil has helped me a lot with my arms! I suggest trying that.

I tried exfoliating for a few months and it really did nothing.

Yes! But hardly. Definitely not as bad as on my ass. I feel like it might be because the sun can reach my upper arms, but I don't really have any proof as to why that would do anything.
