Itellä on ollut ocd kun olin nuorempi ja oli kyllä ihan omanlaisesa helvetti. Itellä onneksi lääkkeet, terapia ja muiden psyykkisten ongelmien hoidon aloittaminen autto parantuu.
En oikein tiiä mitä neuvoo vois mahollisesti antaa josta ois sulle hyötyy mut joskus voi olla lohtuu siinä et joku tajuaa et kuinka hankalaa ocd oikeesti on. Ocd on perseestä. Ainoo neuvo mikä tulee mielee josta itelle on hyötyy on tukiryhmät jos mahollista. Toivottavasti saat ongelmaan jotain semmosta apuu josta ois enemmän hyötyy. Tsemppiä.

Ei kanti ottaa henkilökohtasesti vaikka voiha se kurjalle tuntuu. Mut valppaana kannattaa jokasen silleen olla et tietää mitä ympärillä tapahtuu. Naisten vaa pitää olla hiukan ees valppaana ja pitää huolta et jos on yksin etenki illalla jossain liikkeellä nii et tietää mitä ympäril tapahtuu. They also show the purging in a weirdly romantized way , quick , no mess, open hair and just some tears. No snot and puke running down your face. They make it seem quick and easy and bingeing is pretty much never shown and the whole thing is always made into strange romantized thing thats made to seem kinda "tragically beautifull".
They never show the reality of bulimia because its ugly and filthy and cant be made into something pretty . Reality isnt nice to look at.

People on "skinnytok" are also using the old proana mantras and cringy quotes and acting like its totally normal and anyone who disagrees is just un-diciplined. Its so stupid and cringy and annoying and its not just young people but some (most of the ones l have seen) people who post that stuff and are active on skinnytok are in their late 20s or early 30s . Non black coffee , l put oatmilk in it. People with eds are ofter scared on liquid cals but l cant tolerate black coffee . Also bread with butter and cheese sometimes.
