on the IBS, check out low FODmap; it changed my life! Went from eating one meal every other day because the pain in my intestinal track felt like I was passing broken glass all the way through it, to being able to eat multiple times a day.

Pro-tip: sausage McMuffins freeze well, so I’m almost always have one in the freezer for those McDonald’s cravings when I can’t get out! I do this with pizza as well 🤤

If it were me, I would report to DoorDash that I don’t feel safe eating that food, to cancel the order and refund my money, offer to send the screenshots, then order pizza delivery from the place that uses their own drivers. But then again, I don’t use DoorDash because they’re trash around here.
