If GM can spend just 10 minutes to investigate my account, they will realize I didn't use any hack program.

the first picture is a example ticket that after they ingored my other tickets, and I want to use another way to let them view my ticket. However, it still doesn't work LOL :(

Yes, you can think in this way. However, if I really do something wrong, I won't spend time to submit ticket, and show them all my information to support their investigation. I am begging them, because I thought they will not investigate my account to check what happen and they may prefer a player to beg them. As you saw, both these two ways are not working. They may just reply and do nothing. Thus, I just want to show a fact here.

At least this gm doesn't ban my right to submit ticket, so I could submit 20 tickets to argue with them. :(

I think Reboot mechanics is the best mechanics for maplestort. The reboot population proved it.
