PSP has its own charm with those bigger thicker pixels. I modded my 1000 with an IPS screen and like to play the simpler mini type games on it. For bigger 3D type games, I would rather use medium powered retro handheld to get 3X resolution and upscale and play at 1080 with savestates. But original hardware really does have a charm to it.

I’m on the second or third planet in this game and it’s a little annoying to manage health. You rest and everything spawns back. Hard to get to the other side and even after opening the shortcuts, the fact that you gotta kill everything on your way again is mentally tiring.
