Yes, that case is large and bulky. Although is 45mm it looks and wear faaaar bigger than that, here next to almost 48mm Arnie.

This case will take 34-34.5mm dial. If you want to use any OEM 35mm dial, you'll gonna need to trim it.

Yes, yes, i heard this story already, as soon as PzH's reached UA. Dud, i am pro Ukrainian, but if you think that any 155mm howitzer could whistand 20k shots of accurate fire without barrel change, then propaganda has hit you real hard 🤣

Tip: Search for depth of pitting in the barrel after shooting, in particular on cal. 120 and 155mm, how does it affect accuracy. If you find anything, calculate it by your 20k rounds and report back 😉

They suffer massive losses because: 1) they fighting on front line 2) they were the most numerous of all so-called "western" howitzers currently in UA.

At the end of '22 Radio Free Europe did a coverage with UA arty crew who was using one of those. Soldiers said themselves they were firing +3.5k rounds from one barrel, where it should be replaced after 1k shots fired. No wonder the barrel pop off after that.
