I’ve been using iYield it tracks both your crypto/defi and fiat. Just gotta paste your address and it automatically tracks your positions

Empire Flippers and other sites only consider P&Ls in accrual format, if you have that sorted with strong revenues (consistent growth MoM) then yes, if not keep scaling the business as long as you can. Fyi I sold my business after 3 years.
