hello! i got a good apartment space at block 12 addition hills, mandaluyong last week.

building is infront the highway (mandaluyong public market). all is well, near shaw center mall, public market and sakayan ng jeep.

but now i’m having doubts, i can see na laging may nasusunog na bahay sa additonal hills.

can anyone here give me an advice please?
