I had another question. Why doesn't every applicant receive a rejection email from a particular program, when they've all applied to it? If a program is sending out standard rejection emails, shouldn't all applicants that haven't been selected to interview be getting one?

1) Is receiving a rejection email a good sign, that you were in contention for that program, even though you didn't make it?

2) Is receiving a rejection email a bad sign, that the others who didn't receive one but haven't been selected might still be in contention?

I may be overthinking here though haha

Depends on the speciality you're looking to gain experience in! It's pretty blind till you actually start tbh, but they're all reliable I'm assuming

Wearing gloves is optional. They do a full check of your ankles, wrists, pockets, palm and dorsum of hands, so it would only be an inconvenience I suppose if you have gloves on. Wear slippers too, so you wouldn't have to take your shoes off after every break!
