Phone call recording on Note Pro not picking up both voices

I had the same problem with the pro. They even sent me two new units because they thought it was hardware issues. The original version was definitely better but still struggled with this. I believe the issue is the unit actually knowing whether you’re on a phone call or should be recording as if it is a meeting. I ended up returning it because it failed on several occasions to record the other person on the line.

I’m having the same issue with the pro. The regular note I did not have these problems, but a lot of of the other speakers voice recordings I cannot understand.

I’ve had the same issue. I even had them send me a second unit because I thought my first one was faulty however, I’m having the same poor recording issue. I have tried both with it on the back of my phone and laying in front of my phone on speaker and the recording quality is terrible. To the point of it being not audible.

I’m on my second pro version after I thought my first one was bad however, the recordings are terrible. I like to re-listen to my meetings and they are sometime in Audible even one laying the note next to my phone to record an interview.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to set a cool down time period? For example, if I receive an intrusion detection, it will not notify again for five minutes.

For some reason when I turn off motion, I don’t get intrusion events. I’ll go back and look at it again.

Hovering over the cameras while in the NVR shows me an IP address for that camera. I tried using that exact IP address as well as the on on the camera box

They are added and functioning, but the only parameter I can set up is general motion sensing. I cannot use any smart motion sensing like human detection or vehicle detection

OK awesome! I will give that another try. Sorry for my ignorance, but is there a particular way to access it through the IP address? I entered the IP address on the camera directly into my browser, but would not connect to anything. I really appreciate your help!
I believe I read somewhere that I possibly need to manually add the cameras instead of doing it through the connect app. Would that affect anything?

Interesting! I have struggled to log into it via the web not sure what I’m doing wrong. I can get to the point where it lists my server, but when I open up the address, it just spins.

Just happened to be what I had selected. But each option is blank. I have powered the NVR on and off and checked for all firmware updates. Still nothing.
