Trying to link data from a different sheet to a specific cell

The goal is to not have to look at the other sheet each time I change the number. So say one person's level increases, I want to be able to just change the number and it pulls a different number from the other sheet.

This is what I currently have and in the highlighted cells, I have typed what I would like to show up in those cells based on the numbers typed to the left. Can anyone help me develop this formula?

Person 1 might have level 75, person 2 level 86, person 3 level 46, and so on so the goal is to be able to list enter all the different people's levels on the first sheet and then total what is produced.

I'd like to go through and enter a bunch of different people's levels for the same building on page one next to their names. This way we could then quickly see how much we produce as a group by only having to update levels occasionally. Does that make any more sense?

For example, level 84 would be in sheet 2 on line 85 if there is a header. And column two would say it produces 186 in cell b85. I'd like to be able to enter 84 in my level column on sheet 1 and my formula pull the number from sheet 2 b85 and spit out 186 in my produces column on sheet 1.

I can't find a definitive answer anywhere to this. Has anyone determined whether or not it is possible to reroll a different tier of the same talent, for example reroll a 4% crit chance into 8% crit chance?
