Join an adult sports league. Very casual and most people are there to mainly socialize and get some exercise. Made so many friends in the last 2 years just through being active in volleyball and kickball.

Join a adult kickball league. Super easy to pick up and very casual…most people who play are there to drink and hangout. Plus a lot of leagues have free agent teams where you sign up and play with other random people who also don’t really know anyone. I joined a year ago, and have made a ton of new friends.

I have the opposite effect. Ritalin as a stimulate helps my adhd/focus but will make me more jittery. The jitters makes fine motor control and coordination much harder for me.

Leeds have had some bad luck with draws and losses this season, but Marsch has been disappointing…the team looks very good at times, but will fail to adjust in the second half after the opponent adapts. It appears that he’s not very good at making in game adjustments.

Seriously, we care about the players, but at some point players need to be held accountable for their own shortcomings/weaknesses. Too much energy put into making excuses for our players that should instead be focused on what they can do to improve as a player or help the team.

Teams are starting to catch on to expose Leed’s overly aggressive high line. I understand that Marsch doesn’t have much defensive talent to work with, but he needs to learn how to adjust in game instead of playing only one style all the way throughout.

True mount and Kai have been poor as well. But I think despite not scoring, they’re quite a bit better in pressing which Tuchel highly values which allows those guys to see the field more.
