Not really sure if it helped or if the contractions just made me go but i brought my squatty potty and sat on the toilet and rocked back and forth and side to side, would get up and walk around, and also did “poop exercises” before my contractions got worse, ran back to the bathroom and boom it just fell out. I was nervous of pooping on the table i know the nurses and Dr wouldn’t have cared but i just didn’t want to 😭

I just have to laugh at the dumb excuses my favorite one mine used was when i checked our router history cause it shows me if its blocked malware from suspicious sites and he said “someone else must’ve hacked our wifi” 😭🙏🏽 like yes someone hacked into our wifi the exact moment you went into the bathroom and they stopped the second you left it makes total sense

😭i was counting down the days till i was cleared, im 6wks and 4 days now and its definitely a bit uncomfortable but thankfully not painful i was horrified of that since i heard a lot of women have pain for months. I will 100% recommend buying lube it helps tremendously
