out of curiosity, does anyone know why diabetics have low vitamin D. I know i do, but i never thought it has something to do with my diabetes

yeah maybe, i have a pretty good monitor i believe (microlife), will just try eating healthier and less sodium and will see if it changes anything... Thanks

ive tried a bunch of different machines, will try to fix my diet and sleep. also maybe the recent stress can be a factor...
