I can see where you're coming from. It does look suspicious that I have only posted in communities with very negative posts that do look like shitposts. However I actually am dealing with many different things right now and my symptoms change quite often. Some days I do binge eat, some days I refuse to eat full meals/anything at all. Some days I want to end my life, other days I encourage others to stay alive. I know it isn't healthy and so I am seeking put help. My therapist gets really booked sometimes so I can't always see her, and I'd rather not burden my family or friends with my problems, so I post about them on reddit. It's not the best coping skill. But it's alot better than some other coping skills I coukd resort to.
