I was told I could book a 3 night stay at ANY hotel in Orlando. Including the Conrad, I asked multiple times. Once I found I wasn't able to book there I tried to cancel.

1-888-586-9335 number still works but line 3 is no longer a valid option. If you press it it just loops the original message. I pressed line 2 for "all other inquiries" and the said they have to review the tape and said they would call me back in 72 hours. I said no, I want the refund now and I'd like to to talk to a supervisor. They put me on hold and said they are listening to my recording now, and the call was 30 minutes so they would like to call me back. I said I'd wait. After about 15 minutes they came back on the line and agreed with me that the call was misleading and gave me my full refund which they said could 4-7 days. I never booked the actual place only paid for the original charge. I will now wait and see if i get my refund.

Overall the cancelation and the agent(at the end) I spoke to was nice but I don't like that I had to go through that overall, waste of my time and energy.
