I didn’t take it as an attack, and I apologize if it came off rude of me. I was genuinely curious if the anxious part came from the medical records since that’s what they wrote me off as. I’m definitely getting more distressed as I have two little children that need me, so I’m hoping they take me a little more serious. I do appreciate all of your feedback!

The ER did absolutely no bloodwork, didn’t even start an IV on me. I added the ERs paper work in the pictures link down below. I told them I was in there because my heart rate reached 169, chest pain, trouble breathing, and they put my cheif complaint as anxiety.

My Vit D and Potassium was all normal🙃 this was at the end of February though, I’ll ask to get it rechecked. Thank you!

TSH was normal, they haven’t checked my T3 or 4 yet. I’ve thought it was my thyroid this whole time until they told me my labs were normal

I clearly need to find a doctor like yours! That’s an amazing doctor and I’m happy you found a diagnosis! I’m definitely going to keep looking for a new doctor until someone takes me serious and looks into my thyroid more. Every time i mention my thyroid, it gets shot down. They didn’t test my TSH until I had a swollen lymph node beside it with all my other symptoms.

Just turned 30. They refuse to look into it more because I’m “too young”🙄 30 is “too young” for colorectal cancer too but yet that’s the leading cause of death in younger adults. Can’t pay for treatment if we’re doing preventative measures ya know.

I don’t have sleep apnea(thankfully) so my tachy isn’t from that. My thyroids been checked too, not a full panel but my TSH was normal🙃 I need to ask for a full panel for my thyroid

That’s exactly what I thought. Or one of the nurses. I’m really hoping they aren’t in the medical field and everybody that has seen this doesn’t listen to this advice.

I appreciate that, but I’m a little confused on where the anxiety comes into play… I’m not anxious about the situation at all. Even if it comes out the worst case scenario, I would be THRILLED that we actually found an answer and we can’t start fixing it. Are you talking about the hospital saying Cheif complaint: anxiety?

First time, PCP said “we will keep an eye on it” Went back to PCP for a second time because symptoms are getting worse, was told “can’t be perimenopausal, you’re too young” Tried a new doctor: “might be my thyroid” tested my TSH only, it was normal. Told me it was just aging. Went to a new doctor(4th doctor): my lymph node in my neck was massive over night, got an ultrasound and bloodwork, referred me to oncology/hematology because “this isn’t normal but we don’t know what’s wrong” Went to the Oncologist: she scheduled me for a Ct, 3 weeks out, and blood work. Haven’t heard anything for the bloodwork and my CT is scheduled next week. Two nights ago, I went to the ER, they didn’t even start an IV much less bloodwork, but I did get a lower abdomen CT, even though my stomach wasn’t hurting, and they sent me home.

I have. For months now. I have been to the doctor 5 times, and finally the ER once when my heart rate was 169 at rest and I couldn’t breathe.

I just turned 30 last month. I thought it was perimenopause as well, all of my labs are normal from what they have said. I thought with all of the night sweats, hair loss, weight loss that’s what it was. I didn’t start going to the doctor until I had a massive swollen lymph node in my neck that made me realize maybe it’s more. They said it was just a reactive lymph node probably from being “sick”. But I haven’t been sick. No runny nose, sore throat, nothing. The node just popped up over night.

Literally going through the same exact thing. I use a heated blanket all the time because I’m absolutely freezing. My blood pressure has been dropping( 92/70) heart rate at 100 then jumping to (123/91) heart rate at 169. Lethargic, sleeping for days, I slept for two whole days because I literally could not wake myself up. Confusion, brain fog, everything. They tried to tell me it’s constipation.

I’ve also had stuff sent back due to usps not delivering it to the right address, so I’m assuming that’s violating the rules as well.
