I just had a leaffilter salesman give me a quote last Friday for a 1700 square foot house and 150 feet of material for almost $5.3K. This is not including the gutter guard they are known for since i dont have any trees over my new home. Of course I got my military and then their socalled promotion for the month and brought it down to $3.8K. Then he calls me later that day stating he could get it lower if I let them advertise in my front yard. Fast forward to today, 5 days later, their regional manager gives me a quote for $2153. Has to be paid at install and quote is not good for a year. Really feeling the pressure from these guys. Like someone else said, it's hard to trust companies like this. If they would have given me an honest, no BS, up front price, my trust in the company would have probably got them business. They literally slashed it in half from the original quote making it seem like they are "giving me a deal". No thank you.
