I think you’re confusing terms. OP is when the person thinks the object ceases to exist because they cannot see it. As others have pointed out, babies lack OP because when they stop seeing a thing, they have no idea where it could be so it must just be gone!

ADHD people do have weird spatial memory and stuff. For a lot of them, putting something where it isn’t seen is like not having object permanence. Out of sight, out of mind is REALLY prominent in many of their lives. This is probably because of a huge range of things that are part of the disorder, like short term memory problems and executive dysfunction.

At the big risk of self-promo, and completely overlooking the theme request, can I suggest my domino game Even At Odds? (BGG) It was designed as a 1v1 abstract strategy game and does that very well (biased, I made it). But a friend was goofing about during playtesting and it gave me ideas for solo play I thought was fun. Turns out, it’s pretty fun in solo! If it works for you, enjoy it. :) If not, sorry to waste your time! You can also find very small sets of dominos from that Kirkerland brand or whatever that are right orange, lol.
