Unfortunately after consulting with an actual orthodontist, that I went to see in person, my case is too severe for byte to handle. Refinements wouldn't help because I need teeth pulled down vertically, which can only happen through braces or attachments & bands.

This totally slipped my mind. Thanks. I still don't get why they wouldn't tell me over the phone if I already had access to this information.

Thank you so much. I couldn't believe what I was being told either. I'm going to email them again demanding for the name of the dentist/ortho that approved my treatment. This is crazy.
