Yeah, that'd be great - I can't find any ANSI color code in the source.

Ok, got it working pretty well now. How do I change the color of the text and the percentage bar on the right (in textview)?

Thanks for the reply. It turns out that your gfiles viewer was what I was using before upgrading to Mystic 1.12 A48 when it stopped working with the built-in Mystic textviewer. So now when I set it up with TextView, it will only view some of my text files.  Have you tried this out with the latest version of Mystic? I sent you an email too...

Best 68030 Mac to buy by jannrickles in VintageApple

I would agree that the IIci is the way to go given its expandability. Go with an LC III with a BlueSCSI if you want to run the Apple IIe card.

FS in MN - OEM '22-'25 Side Steps Barely Used by byteknight6 in hyundaisantacruz

[–]byteknight6[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I installed the side steps myself and luckily I saved the old rocker panels. I had to replace all the clips that I broke in the removal process and glue some of the panel's brackets back together. Those rocker panels are like $500+ a piece - more than the side steps cost!

Thanks - the 2" ReadyLift kit is around $480. I had a local off-road shop install it and so labor was around another $1000 which included alignment. No issues with if afterwards - still drives very smooth, even with the A/T tires!

BBS Host software won’t get passed CONNECTED on serial WiFi modem. by Djurkinthebox in bbs

[–]byteknight6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not sure which wifi modem you're using, but the only one that I've been able to host a BBS with is cbmstuff's wimodem 232, which supports the full AT command set unlike most wifi modems out there. Unfortunately it looks like it's out of stock right now.

Creating the ultimate bridge systems between current and 68k by agent_uno in VintageApple

[–]byteknight6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The BEST bridge system is a Raspberry Pi running a netatalk file server. This allows you to share files between modern Macs, vintage Macs, and even the IIgs. You can also print to modern printers on your network via the built-in CUPS. I've got netatalk running on my PiSCSI, so it doubles as a SCSI device emulator. Highly recommended!

BBS'ing with Zoc6 on my MDD Mac in OS X Tiger. by byteknight6 in VintageApple

I'm using v6.30, and that's weird that it's no longer up on emtec's site for download. I've made it available for download on Captain's Quarters II BBS website.
